These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Needl platform ("Needl") by clients and tattoo artists (together, "users").
Needl is a matchmaking platform. It lets clients collect tattoo ideas (reference images, notes, desired placement) and get in direct contact with tattoo artists to request an appointment, work out details, and confirm a booking.
Needl itself does not provide any tattooing craft services. The actual tattoo contract is formed exclusively between the client and the booked artist or their studio.
Using the booking features requires an account with a verified email address. Users are themselves responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and for keeping their login credentials confidential. An account can optionally be further secured with two-factor authentication.
A booking request made through Needl does not by itself constitute a binding booking. An appointment is only considered agreed once the artist confirms a specific date, time, and (where applicable) price.
Prices and any deposits are agreed upon and handled directly between the client and the artist. Needl is not involved in this payment process and accepts no liability for it.
A booking can be cancelled through the platform. Whether, and to what extent, an already-paid deposit may be withheld depends on the individual agreement with the respective artist or their studio's own terms, not on these Terms & Conditions.
Needl accepts no liability for the quality, execution, or health consequences of any tattooing craft service -- responsibility for that lies exclusively with the artist performing the work. No guarantee is given for the accuracy of artists' profile data, availability, or pricing information.
Anyone who shares an idea via a share link makes it visible to anyone with that link -- even without a Needl account. Users are themselves responsible for which images and notes they share this way.
Needl may change these Terms & Conditions with effect for the future. Active users will be informed of material changes.
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. For consumers, the mandatory provisions of the law of their habitual residence apply, to the extent that residence is within the EU.
