Found a design on Instagram or Pinterest? You don't need to open Needl or take a screenshot. The iOS share sheet sends it straight into your idea.
Find an idea
Spot a design on Instagram, Pinterest, Safari or in your Photos, anywhere you can tap the native Share button.
Tap Share → Needl
Open the share sheet and pick Needl from the row of apps (scroll right, or Edit Actions once to pin it up front).
It's saved, no app switch
The image lands straight in your idea. You never left Instagram or Pinterest, and there's no screenshot to crop or clean up.
Why this matters: a screenshot is a cropped, recompressed copy of the original, status bar and UI chrome included. Sharing directly keeps the original image quality, so the reference an artist eventually sees is the real thing.
One exception: sharing a video (a Reel, a TikTok) only saves its title image, the cover photo Instagram or Pinterest itself shows for that post, not the video. If you need one specific frame from inside the video, take a screenshot of that frame instead and share the screenshot the same way.
